🐝Heighten Intuition

Heluuu angels! 

Once every few weeks, do you find yourself feeling absolutely exhausted with Life-ing? Disconnected from your body, goals, and purpose? 😩

It can happen to the best of us. We try hard to maintain order in everyday living but get derailed by unexpected events and situations. 🚧

Yesterday was one such day for me. There was so much clutter in my mind, and I felt stretched to all my limits. 🤯

Here’s a quick guide to what I like to do in this situation to find my way back to myself:

🌿 Alone Time

Being around people all the time can quieten the inner whispers. Alone time helps you get back in tune with yourself.

I switched off my phone early yesterday and sat in darkness, listening to the nocturnal music by my window. 🌙

💨 Breath

Breath is our life force. Checking in with your breathing slows it down, creating more space for the inner wisdom to come through.

I like to put on some rhythmic music with decent bass like this one here. 🎶 One way to tell if you’re doing this activity right is your heartbeat should slow down, and thoughts and anxieties should slowly dissipate.

🌸 Spend Time Naked

After being alone and watching your breath, being naked is the most tangible way to be in the now. Clothes symbolize masking this. They cover the real you.

Taking them off and staying with your physical body is a great way to reconcile with your vulnerabilities; to remember you’re human and to embrace the real you. 💗

It’s the same with jewelry for women. Unmask yourself and learn to enjoy the real YOU. Your body’s intuition will heighten leaps with this!

🧘‍♀️ De-Stimulate

The body absorbs energy. It can be noise, like honking in traffic 🚗, negative media exposure throughout the day 📺, emotional dumping by friends and family, and so on. This constant loop of stimulation can wear us down.

The brain is perpetually ON, processing information and facts, trying to make sense of stupid, irrelevant things. But you can de-stimulate and put the brain on standby mode.

🌍 Grounding

The body needs grounding when random thoughts take control over us. These thoughts can be overwhelming and far from reality; grounding can help us back to the present.

As cliché and over-said as it is, walking on soil or walking under the moonlight 🌕 - anything that feels like merging with the Universe helps. It brings stillness to the body.

I love walking alone under the moonlight through the lush greenery in my neighborhood. 🌿 The sounds of crickets and cicadas relax me.

I’m so lucky to live in a place where the trees and plants are blooming throughout the year, and where brambles and nettles grow wild. 🍃

I spend a lot of time checking out the flowers, touching them, breathing in their scent. Their perfection is a reminder that God never makes mistakes and that we must keep faith in Universal consciousness.

🐝 Notice the Animals

These flowers attract the coolest bunch of bees and butterflies that are hard to miss! 🦋 In the past, I’ve built sugar candy for the bees, and such activities help us to return something to the Earth - which again, brings gratitude and stillness to the body.

If not the bees, you can try playing with stray dogs and cats and feed them! 🐾

🔮 Clearing Energy

Another great way is to listen to gentle chantings, like Tibetan monk chantings, and pray.

Yes, pray - however you find it easiest to do. The point is to connect to the Universal power. Light incense sticks and candles 🕯️ in the dark and concentrate on the light. Imagine the negative energy leaving your body and being replaced with the new energy you are creating.

💃 Dance Freely

Shaking your body, moving your hips - all this helps to clear your aura. Constant movements created in sheer joy make your aura bigger! ✨

A blocked sacral chakra blocks creativity and creates anxiety, feelings of loneliness, and emotional detachment. Swaying your hips and de-stressing the back helps to balance the sacral chakra back to its default settings. 🌀
