🌸 Hello, my cherry blossoms! 🌸
I’m highly motivated to touch upon reproductive health today after seeing two garden lizards trying to find common ground for a reproductive union. 🦎❤️🦎
Nature has the answer to all our questions, and I firmly believe in that statement. By simply observing many species, we can revive our primal nature to its default settings—the nature that has been corrupted by society, popular narratives, etc. 🌿🍃
The oriental garden lizards are friendly reptiles that you can probably spot in large numbers if you live in the Indo-Malay region during the summer/monsoon months. 🌧️☀️ This is their mating season.
The males are so active in their search for females that they’d go to lengths to attract them. They turn their upper body bright orange, inflate their heads to appear robust, and then do pushups! 🧡💪 They then wrestle with potential partners for a few days before finally mating. 💫
I can’t help but compare their libido and attraction (and will) to pursue one mate, to that of us humans. Correct me if I am wrong, but to have the best reproductive health and increased sexual appetite, we need to burn in passion! 🔥💕
Sexual appetite is a byproduct of good sexual health and spiritual hygiene. 🌺🧘♀️
Nutrients and good blood flow are major determinants of a healthy libido. 🍎💪
Do this exercise:
📝 Note your diet over 3 - 4 weeks. Eat more food that gives you energy than food that takes away energy from you. This will at least give you a headway in the journey towards amazing health and an uptick in energy levels. Needless to say, energy is key to experiencing strong sexual desire. 🌱⚡
This energy is your Prana, Virility, or Qi, whatever you understand by it. ✨💨
Too many added lipids in the diet (which could be great for the short term) could impede blood flow in the body, which can affect arousal. It’s better to eat lipids through food that already contains them, like meat, fish, dairy, a bit of nuts, and so on. Don’t douse your food in lipids like a ton of oil. 🥩🐟🥛
I cannot stress enough how much protein has helped me. And not protein through lentils and beans, but meats and eggs (I’m mildly allergic to fish, so I rarely consume it). Unfortunately, it's the easiest macronutrient to forget because today’s diet is very carb-rich, especially in South Asia. 🍛🍗
Dairy too has decent protein, but I usually use it as a filler, like a glass of milk before sleep. I wouldn’t bet on dairy for everyone though because not many women do well with Casein; they may put on weight with it. 🥛🌙
Viewing dairy’s nature from a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) perspective, it has Cooling and Damp properties. Now if you want more Fire element in your sex life, too much dairy can be a buzz kill. 🥶🔥
