💥 The problem is so bad that Alzheimer’s is now being called “Type 3 Diabetes” because of the brain’s inability to use glucose. (Something that could’ve otherwise been easily avoided).

Every cell in your body has mitochondria—the sacred powerhouse that makes ATP (energy).
When your mitochondria are healthy and your metabolism is thriving:
🔥 You feel warm (and not cold all the time)
🌊 Your digestion flows (due to good Prana or Qi in the body)
🌺 Your periods are regular (apex reproductive system)
🌙 You sleep deeply (balanced hormones)

But what do your mitochondria need to function best?
👉 Glucose.
Fat oxidation can produce ATP, yes—but it’s slow, stress-triggered, and creates more byproducts like ROS (free radicals).
Glucose, when used efficiently, is clean-burning energy. It produces carbon dioxide and heat, two signs of a thriving, youthful metabolism.
So don’t you want to use a more efficient fuel and keep your engine from deterioration? 😉

Very important for women:
