How Estrogenics Are Making Weight Loss Impossible
Natural VS Estrogenic
Hi my loves! šæāØ
Earlier this week I posted about how the ānutritiveā wheat contributes to maintaining fat deposits in the body and could be why youāre not losing weight.
I mentioned how herbicides and fungicides like Atrazine and Zearalenoneās estrogenic behavior is a huge reason we are ALL getting fat.
Estrogenics? What are those and why are they always on my mind these days? š¤
āEstrogenics are a class of molecule that are structurally similar to estrogen; they bind or āstickā to the estrogen receptors in your body.ā
They are artificial estrogens that act similarly to estrogen in our body and leave us with long-term ramifications such as infertility, obesity, lifestyle diseases, allergies, cancer, and almost all modern-day problems. The biggest of all being poor reproductive health. (More about it later)
Artificial estrogen tunes itself to the frequency of the estrogen receptors in the body and then attaches itself to the receptor located in several organs and tissues.
Unfortunately, estrogen receptors are located throughout our body, so it is nearly impossible to have balanced estrogen when estrogenics are literally taking over the body, binding themselves and changing the bodyās physiology for the worse.
Estrogenic receptors are found in almost all cells and organs of the body - breast, uterus, skin, lung, kidney, thyroid, pituitary, spleen, lymph nodes, stem cells, immune cells, and you get the idea.
They can change the cells in the body. Unfortunately, these fake hormones have a sustained grasp over the body; in fact, recent studies show that hormonal impacts can be genetic and passed on to the next generation!
Estrogenics are everywhere - soaps and lotions that you are lathering on, perfumes you are sniffing, energy drinks that you are drinking, the burger buns from the fast food chains that you are eating - itās a miracle to miss them.
Iāve written several posts on this platform about how if your reproductive system is compromised, your entire body is too. Energetically speaking as well, sexual energy is the fire that keeps the body intuitive, passionate, original, and independent. And if the fire goes out, we become mere shells of our being.
An Overview š
Estrogenics are mainly of the following types:
- Plant Estrogenics š± - found at alarming levels in soy, flax, lavender, and cannabis.
- Fungus Estrogenics š - the result of fungal contaminations, very common in grains like wheat.
- Herbal Estrogenics šæ - from herbicides like Atrazine which is ātrustedā across the world.
- Soap Estrogenics š§¼ (Triclosan & APEs) - casually sitting in your soaps and cleaning agents.
- Sunscreen Estrogenics āļø - the BP and 4-MBC found in commercial sunblock lotions.
- Artificial Food Color Estrogenics š - mainly found in red-colored processed foods and beverages.
- Fragrance Estrogenics š - found in cosmetics.
- Plastic Additives Estrogenics š¼ (Phthalates) - common in plastics, especially in clear, high-quality moldable plastic, and in fragrances.
- Plastic Ingredient Estrogenics š¶ - all your BPAs and BPS plastic.
- And lastly, the direct estrogenic source š - EE2, or Birth Control - the oral contraceptive that mimics the natural estrogen in humans.
The Direct Repercussion of Estrogenics is Fat Gain. šļøāāļø
Estrogenics move through the blood like other hormones, and just like them they are hydrophobic; they do not mix with blood. At the same time, they are lipophilic, meaning that they ālove fatā.
When they travel through our blood, they like to jump to the conventional fat storage areas like the belly and butt. And once they make your fat deposits their home, they donāt leave! And how should they? They are scared of blood, remember?
Estrogenics also Stimulate Fat Growth š
A common characteristic of modern societies is their obesity rates. Itās not a direct result of modernity, but the convenience modernity comes with - like plastic-wrapped ready-to-eat foods, Atrazine sprayed crops, processed sugar, processed grains, etc.
Europe has heavy bans on estrogenics; while developing nations like India, are the new home to all sorts of obesity-related problems weāve never heard of before. Researchers have treated rats with low concentrations of Atrazine in drinking water, which resulted in disruptions in the energy-producing mitochondria functions, insulin resistance, and diabetes.
Insulin resistance causes obesity. And estrogenics make sure this happens. A new term ādiabesityā has been coined exclusively because of the relation between obesity and insulin resistance and the multitude of problems that come with it.
Studies show how early childhood exposure to BPA is associated with increased fat stores in children, and disruption of glucose transfer to the brain. Imagine when the brainās main source of energy is glucose and itās not getting enough of it, of course, the body craves and ultimately ends up eating more āfoodā than necessary. Result = a cycle of increasing obesity.
Zearalenone, the estrogenic from molds, found in grains like wheat has been used to purposely āfatten cattleā. Research on ZEA shows that it contributes to the early onset of puberty in children. So yes, the humble commercial wheat that sits in granaries, grows mold until a handsome price is negotiated for it, contains the estrogenic ZEA. So much for ānutritionā, eh?
Estrogenics in birth control pills (EE2), fool the female bodies and women grow wider sets of hips and store more fat reserves for body emergencies. Compare young women today to the ones we saw a decade earlier. The fat-positive media makes us believe that being āthiccā is the new sex appeal.
There is curvy, and then there is fat.
Check out the drug sheet of any oral contraceptives. It clearly states huge risks including diabetes and obesity.
Moving to the four estrogenics mentioned above - parabens, phthalates, APEs, and BPA - all contained in cosmetics and cigarettes, are known to be āobesogenicā - causing fat through a protein PPARĪ³.
This PPARĪ³ has been called āthe master switch for fat cell development and growthā. Think of it as a light switch. When estrogenics enter your body, they turn this fat switch āOnā.
Final Thoughts š
Estrogenics mimic natural estrogen in our bodies and cause an upheaval in our overall hormones.
They disrupt the reproductive system and ultimately affect all the systems in the body.
They are lipophilic, so they stick to fat deposits in the body, AND at the same time they increase the tendency of gaining more fat in the body.
Some of the estrogenics are directly responsible for turning on the āfat switchā in the body.
Perpetual exposure to estrogenics is the reason despite āeating cleanā and exercising people find it impossible to lose fat.
Imagine all this is just the tip of the iceberg I could present in a small space. Estrogenics have deadlier repercussions than just obesity.
We will get into those soon! Iām with you in this battle against the evil Estrogenics.
Love,
