Feeling Blah Isn’t a Personality Trait

I used to think feeling overwhelmed and listless all the time was normal.
(It is the new normal.)
But feeling laid-back and uninspired every day is not normal.
Now, whenever I start feeling this way, I quickly remind myself:
Life is supposed to be euphoric — not just lived one day after the other.
Not enjoying life means you're slowly dying, degenerating...

Your vital energy increases — known as Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Prana in Ayurveda.
Your cells produce more ATP (the energy-carrying molecule), helping you feel vibrant and alive.
Here’s something fascinating about ATP:
It relaxes and stabilizes the tissues and muscles in your body.
In dead animals, ATP disappears, and the muscles harden.
But when ATP is injected back into those muscles, they soften again.
