The Highs Will Find You Again

Navigating Low Tides with Grace

Hi My Loves! đź’«

Life moves in cycles—ebbs and flows, highs and lows.

In moments of exhaustion, doubt, and sadness, it’s easy to disconnect from who you are. But these moments are not signs of failure; they are invitations to return home to yourself—leaving behind the baggage of the situation.

1. Pause Before You Push

I was recently told, “Everything is fixable.”
This was a huge relief and an "Aha!" moment for me. Fixing things takes time, and we should honor that process. The brain needs rest to recuperate, and rest is a necessity. It allows the body to pause, breathe, and redirect itself.

Productivity isn’t merely about working tirelessly in every direction; it’s about working in the right direction.

2. Your Body Speaks—Listen

Low tides are often signals from your body. Are you holding tension? Skipping meals? Ignoring rest? Tune in. Nourish yourself with warm, grounding foods. Stretch, breathe deeply, take a slow walk. Small acts of care—like applying a face mask—help rebuild your connection with yourself. 💆‍♀️✨

3. Detach from the Noise

Not everything that demands your attention deserves it.

Social media, external expectations, and comparison can drain your joy. Pull back. Find solace in stillness—walk, meditate, or simply sit with your thoughts. Clarity returns in silence. đźŚż

4. Remember: You Are Cyclical

Like the moon, like the seasons, you are meant to change. Feeling lost today doesn’t mean you will be lost forever. Trust your rhythms.

There is a false image of what “success” looks like. Honor your energy instead of fighting against it. đźŚ™

5. Reconnect with What Feeds Your Soul

As a child, I loved arts and crafts. Somewhere in my teens, I let my hobby vanish into oblivion. I forgot how painting and DIY decor gave me a sense of identity—it made me feel alive.

So now, I’ve returned to these things (but without expectation). I want to feel joyous within myself. My soul has yearned for that. 🎨💖

6. You Are Not Alone

Even in solitude, you are connected—to nature, to spirit, to those who love you. Ask for support when you need it. Speak kindly to yourself.

The same tenderness you offer others, offer to yourself. 🤍

Low tides don’t define you; they remind you to soften, to listen, to return home—to you. đźŚŠâś¨
