🔥 The Sex Paradox: Why We’re Starved for True Intimacy in an Oversexualized World

Between Hookup Culture & Religious Guilt—Finding the Lost Art of Lovemaking

Hi My Loves! 💕

Yesterday, I talked about simple systems in life that are more effective than strict timetables and rules for living.

People wear Apple watches and other tracking wearables to track trends and improve their health. But health isn’t just about in-range bloodwork. Sometimes, the most seemingly healthy people are actually the most depressed! 😞

The Limits of Health Metrics 📊

Health metrics cannot measure everything. They don’t account for:

🔸 Self-love issues ❤️
🔸 Esteem struggles 🪞
🔸 Loneliness & lack of external/romantic love 💔

We live in an era where health is measured by numbers, yet the soul’s health is ignored.

The Illusion of a “Sex-Positive” World 🌍

Many believe we live in a sex-positive world today, but is that really true?

Yes, meeting people has become easier with apps like Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge, but does that mean people are more fulfilled? 🤔

📱 Too many options → leads to less commitment
💔 Casual encounters → leave people feeling used & disconnected
💭 Emotional numbness → makes sex feel like just another transaction

Dating apps market themselves as “connections”, but they leave behind a trail of broken hearts and lost confidence.

Sex: A Pillar of Health, Not Just a Transaction 🏛️

Sex is no longer viewed as a foundation of well-being—instead, it has become:

🚫 A fetish rather than a form of intimacy
🚫 A means of pleasure rather than a sacred connection
🚫 A release of stress rather than nourishment for the soul

Yet, sexual energy is creative energy✨. It is a life force that fuels passion and vitality. Without love in the equation, it becomes nothing more than a mechanical act—a way to “blow off steam.”

The Declining Sexual Desire Among Young People 😰

A healthy sexual desire is often a marker of hormonal health. Yet, modern issues like:

⚠️ Depression 😞
⚠️ Anxiety & Stress 😵‍💫
⚠️ Overstimulation & Emotional Burnout 🔋

…are causing men and women in their 20s to lose their natural sexual drive! 🚨

Doctors push medication to fix sex troubles in youngsters and older people alike, rather than addressing the root cause of their problem - hormonal balance and lack of lovemaking, lack of connection with spouse/partner!

The Suppression of Sexuality as We Age

In the “modern times,” the suppression of sexual desire with advancing age is seen as "normal." But in reality, it’s often just a Qi (vital energy) blockage! ⚡

✅ A strong sexual energy is a sign of good health.
✅ There is no age for sex—healthy people in their 70s and 80s still enjoy it! 💃🔥
✅ Being connected to your sexuality is being connected to your true self.

Ancient Wisdom: Sexuality as Vital Energy 🕉️☯️

From the lens of ancient Indian and Chinese texts, sexuality is not a sin—it is a gift, increasing the zest for life.

✨ Hindu-ism (Sanatan Dharma from India) and Daoism (China) embrace sexuality as part of spiritual fulfillment, not SIN.
✨ Even today, in pagan & folk religions, people maintain a healthy sex life well into old age.

It was only after the rise of rigid religious philosophies that sexuality was demonized.

The Lie of “Living in Sin” ⛪❌

The concept of “Living in Sin” is a false narrative pushed by religious authorities.

✨ Making love, being in love, being healthy, and being happy ✨—
Priests and politicians hate this, so they create anti-human, orthodox ideologies.

🌿 Folk religions that follow nature view sex as an extension of health—like meditation 🧘‍♀️ or prayer🙏.

The Two Extremes of Sex Culture Today ⚖️

We now live in a world of extremes when it comes to sex:

🛑 Extreme 1: The hypersexual world (dating apps, pornography, casual encounters) → Sex is a game 🎭 or the LGBT etc. community promoting promiscuity in the name of human rights.
🛑 Extreme 2: The polar opposite idea driven by the organized religion (sex is only for procreation) → Sex is a sin 😈

and that anything outside of procreation is dirty or naughty or punishable by God 😛

💭 Where is the middle ground?

🌿 Sex is not dirty. Sex is not a business.
🌿 Sex is energy. Sex is love. Sex is life itself.

What Business Does God Have in Your Sex Life? 🤨

At the end of the day, what business does God have in one’s sexual life?!

😆 I thought God wanted us to be happy!

More on this in the next newsletter! Stay tuned! 💌
