My #1 Tip for Staying Ageless 🕰️
What I replaced in my home to feel 10 years younger.

By all means, I’m no authority over the best ways to live longer; but after multiple hiccups and roadblocks in life, I’ve picked a few ways to at least retain youth—mentally and physically 😛.
Today, youth face an extraordinary amount of stress and anxiety—thanks to macro world problems and fear-mongering in the media. There is more than enough to keep our minds occupied.
Being Human is not about waking up to a crisis every day. The earthly gifts are for us to relax and enjoy our human life. Our natural state of living is in Bliss. 🌸
We should naturally feel relaxed and in good health—and that’s the secret of maintaining youth! 🌿
A few ways I try to stay young:
✨ Elixir of Life ✨
1. 🌅 Get up with the Sun and watch the sunrise.
Folk religions pray to the Sun because it’s one of the few visible, mighty forces of the Universe. Sunlight gives us energy, cures eyesight, and detoxifies our bodies. It’s good practice to sunbathe (only in the first hour of the sunrise though). Our bodies need the raw sun without the barriers of sunscreen.
- We should take short breaks from time to time to spend time in natural light—like walking on our balcony, observing greenery, etc. Use the natural light coming in from the windows as much as you can.
2. 💡 Replace blue lights with basic incandescent lamps.
It’s a myth that we need very bright lights to work. In fact, that ruins your eyes because naturally, eyes don’t need too much light to see.
- Workplaces often have floodlights-like ambiance that messes up our circadian rhythm. I have installed the flux software which changes the screen color according to the time of day and blocks maximum blue light.
- I also use table lamps during the night for a softer ambiance or focused work. It helps to set the mood.
3. 🕯️ Create a calming evening routine.
If I’ve had an exhausting day, I turn on my electric candles to a red. Gazing at the soft hues of red along with light Om chanting or Buddhist Gong music helps to turn off the brain noise. It’s most important to sleep in a blackout dark room for maximum rest.
- 🚫 Do not use the phone at least 30 minutes before bed, and end the day on a relaxed note.
4. 🍽️ Avoid heavy dinners and sugary desserts after dinner.
Avoid sugar alternatives like stevia. Very little research has been conducted on them and they mess up the hormones. Honey is the best alternative.
5. 🥥 Avoid seed oils.
Sunflower, rapeseed, canola, palm—everything. Switch to butter, coconut oil, and ghee. Don’t cook already-high-lipid food like eggs, meat, or cottage cheese in a ton of oil. Moderate fat in the diet helps maintain metabolism.
6. ⚠️ Avoid iron overload.
Fortified foods like cereal and supplements can be toxic and increase oxidative stress. Read here about the effect of oxidative stress on reproductive health.
7. 🍗 Eat a nutrient-dense, protein-rich diet.
This will reduce cravings for stimulants like coffee because you’ll be naturally energized. Avoid multivitamins, prenatals, and fish oils. Try to get nutrients from organic food. The source of these vitamins is often shady with synthetic additives.
8. 🚫 Avoid stimulants.
They are addictive and act as central nervous system depressants.
9. 🥗 Don’t eat raw or cold food.
Regular fasting isn’t ideal, especially for women who need constant energy to avoid stressing the organs.
10. 🥞 Have a heavy, protein-rich breakfast.

11. 🏃♀️ Choose an Active Lifestyle
Choose activities that you enjoy. I don’t like intense cardio but I love walking for hours in parks. It helps to keep my legs toned and my mind fresh. You don’t need a bodybuilder’s training to be fit.
12. 🚫 Remove synthetic estrogen from your life.
Avoid birth control pills, GMO food (as much as possible), Teflon-coated cookware, polyester clothing, perfumes and scented candles, plastic, etc.
13. 👗 Wear only natural fibers.
Cotton, bamboo, hemp, and wool. Check out this post to learn why.
14. 🧘♀️ Spend alone time.
Massage, listen to light music, have a hobby.
15. 🤝 Have meaningful relationships with family and friends.
16. 💕 Have a sincere, generous lover 😛.
