Hormone Hijackers: The Estrogenic Effect
The surprising truth about what's really in your routine.
Hi Angels,
Yesterday we talked about a variety of Estrogenics that can feminize men and create a host of hormonal problems for women. (Click here to view)
🌿 What Are Estrogenics? 🌿
To review:
Estrogenics are different from the natural estrogen that our bodies produce. They can either be derived from our natural environment or synthetically created. These Estrogenics bind to our body’s estrogen receptors and mimic natural estrogen, leading to significant hormonal disruptions.
🤔 But How Can Estrogenic Hormones Be Harmful to Women? 🤔
This is a good question. But we have to understand two things:
1. Estrogenics (or EE2) are artificial or derived from outside the human body. They may have similar effects as estrogen (E2) but are chemically distinct.
2. Estrogen is not the female hormone, in the same way that Testosterone is the male hormone.
🔄 A Better Analogy 🔄
What Progesterone is to a Female, Testosterone is to a Male.
Estrogen is actually a stress or shock hormone. It must stay within specific limits, as both excess and deficiency can be harmful.
Awareness about Estrogenics—foreign hormones behaving like estrogen—will help us minimize exposure in our lives.
🌱 Sources of Phyto-Estrogens: A Category of Estrogenics
In yesterday’s letter, I mentioned one category of Estrogenics—Phyto-estrogens (or Plant-based estrogens)—that create hormonal imbalances in the body.
Examples include Coffee, Beer, Hop Water, Marijuana, Herbs, Insomnia Medicine, Lavender, and Flaxseed.
🚨 The Rising Tide of Estrogenics 🚨
Our exposure to Estrogenics is at an all-time high. We encounter them through:
- Eating: Herbicide-sprayed food, food wrapped in plastic
- Wearing: Polyester clothing, perfume, most toiletries
- Breathing: Air fresheners, incense sticks, fabric softeners
These days, what is heavily promoted in society is largely Estrogenic.
⚠️ The Impact of Excess Estrogen ⚠️
Excess estrogen increases stress and fosters a victim mentality. People become dependent on others for opinions and thoughts, leading to a more miserable existence and a loss of purpose.
This is why we witness more self-sabotage behavior today. Victim Consciousness increases stress, which in turn leads to hormonal imbalances due to excess estrogen. It’s a vicious cycle.
🌍 The Estro-Generation’s Influence on Society 🌍
Today's societal mindset is heavily influenced by this Estrogenic state of mind. BLM or the Trans Movement in the USA has taken over the education system with Woke-ism, targeting children as young as 10. These groups have victimized themselves to an extreme, creating a ripple effect on the entire world.
đźš© Symptoms of Increased Estrogenics đźš©
Some symptoms of heightened Estrogenics in the body include:
- Obesity
- PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, and irregular cycles in women
- Hair Loss
- Rapid Aging
- Inability to put on muscle
- Lethargy and Sleep Apnea
- Depression/Anxiety/Moodiness
- Heart issues
- Low appetite
Notice how the physique of both men and women has changed over the last 70 years, becoming increasingly undefined.
🍟 The Role of Diet in Estrogenic Overload 🍟
Alongside Estrogenics, fast food consumption introduces high amounts of:
- Poly-unsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA): From oils like Rapeseed oil and Soybean Oil
- Low protein diets
This combination results in:
- Low metabolism
- Low organ function
- High stress
- Low sex hormones
For many, marijuana, alcohol, and coffee seem like quick fixes, but in the long run, they demineralize our bodies and deepen depression.
Minerals are essential for enzyme production, and enzymes are crucial for hormone synthesis.
So unknowingly, those dependent on these substances have subscribed to a “Buy Now, Pay Later” scheme.
More on this topic in my next newsletter. Stay tuned!
