Xeno-Estrogen Overload: What’s in Your Food & Drinks?
How common products affect your hormones
🌿 Hi friends,
Not long ago, I wrote about the rapid rise of Estrogenic elements in our environment. You can check it out [here].
🚨 The Crisis of Hormonal Imbalance
Hormonal Imbalance has been greatly normalized to keep up with the bodily issues that most people are facing. People are crazing over abnormal bodily features like:
- 👴 Dad-bod
- 🧔♂️ Gynecomastia (Man boobs)
- 👗 Women with extreme fat deposits on hips and breasts
- 👧 “Curvy” pre-pubescent girls
- 🤏 Thin and feeble adult men
🎭 Kinky Sexualization & Media Influence
We are living in times of kinky sexualization where such features are popularized by mainstream media. Today, it's very “in” to be an obese woman - it's called Body Positivity. 💄
And precocious puberty (hitting puberty much earlier than usual) isn’t questioned; it’s ignored altogether in the case of men and sexually objectified for women. Remember the controversial Netflix movie Cuties that fetishized young girls and promoted twerking? There is a huge difference between 18-year-olds now and those in 2010. 🕰️
🧠 There is a Conspiracy to Fetishize Sex & Gender through Hormone Imbalance.
🍺 The Estrogenic Element in Beer
Take an example. The media regularly popularizes beer. 🍻
Beer contains Phyto-estrogens in large amounts through Hops, which are flowers from a plant added to beer for taste, aroma, longevity, and foam. These plant-based estrogens are so potent that the men who work in Hop fields (probably consuming the plant) develop Erectile Dysfunction! 😳
In women, Hops result in a shorter menstrual cycle. 🩸
Hops as an additive estrogen is not limited to beer. It's added as a “mood-booster” and “stress-buster” in mocktails, as an insomnia cure in herbal medicines and drinks, even WATER! 💧
Yes! Hop Water is an actual thing! We are paying for water mixed with Estrogen! 💸
(An example of a brand)
💨 Vaping & Phyto-estrogens
Another way people are consuming these plant-based Phyto-estrogens is through Vaping. 🚬
Vape juice contains Cannabis Oil (THC) and CBD oil - both derived from the Cannabis plant. These oils are also consumed individually for anxiety, pain, muscle spasticity, sleep improvement, etc. But mostly for recreational purposes.
In India, these estrogenic oils are sold over the counter. They are great relaxants, so it’s easy to get addicted.
☕ The Coffee Conundrum
The next big Phyto-estrogen is Coffee - the biggest drug in the world. 🌍
Yes, the one thing that you can’t live without is a huge estrogenic; cheap coffee in particular. There is a growing demand for coffee in India. According to the data, we will observe a rise in coffee prices in the coming years, which means that this crop too will be exploited (and deteriorated) as much as grains. 📈
We will be drinking the already Phyto-estrogenic coffee, with added estrogenics from excessively sprayed herbicides like Atrazine. 🚫
If you drink 3 cups of coffee a day, think about its cumulative effect on your hormones over time. 🕰️
🌱 Other Major Phyto-estrogens
Other major Phyto-estrogens that most of us are daily in contact with include:
- 🌸 Lavender: Used in perfumes, herbal concoctions, lotions, talcs - everywhere.
- 🌿 Tea Tree (oil): Found in many anti-acne products.
- 🌾 Flaxseed: Crowned as a superfood and mixed with healthy snacking tidbits.
❗ The Hidden Danger
Estrogenics are heavily promoted in society. They burn minerals in our bodies. Minerals make enzymes, and enzymes make hormones.
So effectively, not only are we burdening ourselves with fake estrogens by eating and smoking all this, but we are also depriving our bodies of creating the necessary natural hormones. ⚠️
Which finally leads to hormone imbalance and its normalization. 🔄
✂️ Taking Action
So what are the steps you will take to cut out these fake estrogens from your life? 🛑
