Beyond Detox: Lasting Health

Body Needs Flow, Not Just Fixes

Hi My Loves! ✨

Hope you enjoyed the recent Liver Detox Series in my newsletter! I tried my best to break down the role of the liver in our overall well-being. Seeing disease from the lens of energy and how it interconnects with other conditions helps us understand the body as a singular organism where organ functions are interdependent. This holistic perspective is far more valuable than just treating single issues.

The Bioenergetic Perspective on Health

Both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda, along with most traditional healing practices, view the body from a bioenergetic perspective. The way our body regulates energy pathways is crucial to overall health.

  • You may have perfect blood markers and vitamin levels within range, yet still not feel vibrant.

  • On the other hand, someone with "deficiencies" on paper may lead an active, abundant life simply because their Qi (Prana, vital energy) flows well, free of blockages.

This is why energy flow matters more than just clinical numbers! ✨

Lower These Hormones for Better Health

We need to actively reduce excess levels of:

  • Estrogen & estrogenics (fake estrogens from plastics, cosmetics, food, etc.)

  • Cortisol (stress hormone)

  • Prolactin (can contribute to mood swings, lethargy, and hormone imbalance)

Don’t wait for chronic diseases to develop—act now.

Approach to Healing

Since 2020, many have shifted away from allopathy towards homeopathy, supplementation, Ayurveda, and Unani medicine. While this is a great movement toward bodily autonomy, remember one critical thing:

Nothing can be absorbed properly in the body unless the target organ is cleansed first.

Otherwise, you’re just paying for expensive piss 💧 and further burdening your liver—completely counterproductive!

Somatic Exercises: A Game-Changer

One of the best pieces of advice I received (but didn’t implement until now) is to start a somatic exercise program.

While meditation and Mudra Healing are powerful, if you struggle with:

  • A wavering mind

  • Chronic stress & ADHD

  • Emotional dysregulation

Then somatic exercises can help by increasing body awareness through slow, grounded movements—just like how rocking calms a baby, you can rock yourself into a calmer state.

Why Talk Therapy Isn’t Always the Answer

Many people resort to counselors to release stress, but here’s my take: unless truly necessary, constantly talking about your trauma only reopens wounds. Worse, it puts you under a lifelong clinical label of “mentally ill.”

Instead?

  • Release tension from the body first.

  • Let the physical tightness dissipate, and the mental load will follow.

  • Healing starts with energy.

Knowledge is Useless Unless Applied

We live in an age of infinite knowledge, yet people still feel helpless. Why?

Because knowledge is meant to be applied, not just collected.

  • The modern world treats disease with a masculine approach—fighting the immune system, attacking with endless vaccinations, and then being told by Big Pharma that these shots don’t make you bulletproof. 🙄 What a joke!

  • Instead, we must embrace feminine healinglistening to intuition, trusting the body, and choosing nourishment over warfare.

Final Reminder:

Your body is energy. You are not broken forever.

🌟 Give yourself grace on your road to health.

With Love,
